From the Ravelry site: "Ravelry is a place for knitters, crocheters, designers, spinners, and dyers to keep track of their yarn, tools, and pattern information, and look to others for ideas and inspiration....." I admit, I was one of those who resisted signing on for quite some time, but whether you join this online knitting community for fun or for information, it really is a useful tool for the fiber/yarn enthusiast. It doesn't cost a thing to become a member - go to www.ravelry.com and sign in with a username and password...that's it! It is very simple to use, but there are a few tips that will make your time there more enjoyable and more useful.
Join us at Sip 'n Knit on Monday, September 14 at 6:30 pm for a little "INTRO TO RAVELRY".
